How I Work

My goal in working with you is to help you become the person you were meant to be, and to create a life that feels authentic, connected and joyful.

We are all very unique beings, with our special and individual stories. We all have different hopes, dreams, obstacles, challenges and internal conflicts. I am very mindful of this when working with each individual and therefore tailor my approach in an eclectic manner pulling from many different modalities and approaches I have been trained in, which include Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, Somatic, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Mindfulness, Buddhism and the modern theories of Neuroscience and Interpersonal Neurobiology.

My approach is collaborative, interactive and direct. I am compassionate, supportive and empathic, but I am not a blank-slate therapist.

I specialize in the below areas, however if there is an area you do not see mentioned, please do not hesitate to email to inquire further.

There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
